School Age Care for Grades Kindergarten Through Grade 5
We welcome children to the Center beginning at 6:00a.m. They enjoy quiet playtime and a nutritious breakfast before CCC staff escorts them across the street to Denver Elementary. After school, the children are escorted back to the Center where they receive a healthy snack, participate in daily activities, enjoy outdoor recreation time, and complete homework.
*We are open for school early dismissal, late starts and full day closings, weather permitting.
Wrap-Around Kindergarten Care
Morning and afternoon Kindergarten students are escorted to and from Denver Elementary School. Their lunches are brought from home and eaten at the Center. Activities for this program are developed according to the needs and interests of the group.
From September through May our Part-Time Program is available for 4 year olds on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and for 3 year olds on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Two sessions are offered from each age group.
(8:30am to 11:30am & the other 11:45am to 2:45pm)
Through developmentally appropriate learning activities and play, we strive to prepare the children for kindergarten.
Full Day Pre-Kindergarten Day Care
This program is open from 6:00am to 6:00pm year-round and includes breakfast and snacks (lunch is brought from home). Educational activities encourage active leaning through play and help to prepare children for Kindergarten.
*Both of our Pre-Kindergarten Programs follow the PA State Learning Standards.
Our summer-long camp experience is filled with fun, enriching activities such as swimming, bowling, music, arts & crafts, quiet reading time, field trips, school review and special guests.
